Become the CEO of your own life by learning techniques to manage stress, anxiety, frustration, and other challenging emotions.
When life becomes loud and unruly it can be difficult to feel like ourselves; it’s easier to feel stressed, anxious, angry, frustrated or even dizzy!  Join Camp CEO facilitator, educator, humanitarian, and social justice advocate Beth DeAngelis to explore three techniques for managing big emotions - Using  breath, body scan, and writing. Beth invites you to ask questions during and after the program (either within the group or privately in the chat box), and will respond with compassion and skill-building techniques when applicable. 

This program is for 8th grade Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors

Learn tips for managing these feelings, then use what you have learned to help yourself and others overcome obstacles in achieving their dreams
