Female Force Fitness

Learn how to defend yourself by finding your own strength and body against an attacker. Be empowered by learning what strong points you have on your body and how to maneuver yourself to possibly escape an attacker. You will also learn de-escalation techniques and raised awareness. This program will cover some sensitive issues as a part of the program.
